Maria and I came over on holiday to see family, my sister married into the Njie family. We found the country to be peaceful; the harmony between people was so uplifting to us. As we explored the country we found everything we needed here, tranquillity, the countryside, nature, abundance of fauna and flora everything we love the river and ocean all within easy reach. After a few years we decided to buy land. I left London in 2006 and Maria followed 2 years later together starting a new life in the bush area of Tujereng. With nothing there but an empty space to create our vision and live a unique way of life.
